Appassimento Negroamaro Bastioni della Rocca

Appassimento Negroamaro

 10,95

Appassimento refers to the drying of grapes on the vine, an ancient tradition. For this wine, the Negroamaro and Primitivo grapes are dried naturally for 25 days, concentrating the sugars and aromas. After long aging in cement tanks, a wine emerges with a soft, elegant structure and a refined bouquet of raisins, spices and vanilla.

The wine has a ruby red color with orange hues. Intense and complex, with notes of ripe fruit and spices, a nice texture and supple tannins.

Serving temperature: 16-18°C

Bastioni della Rocca

Bastioni della Rocca was inspired by the golden era of Frederick II of Swabia, when southern Italy grew into a cultural and commercial center of the Mediterranean. The imposing castles that still dominate the landscape today symbolize a time when winemaking became a driving force of the local economy. The winery pays homage to this historical splendor, with wines deeply rooted in the identity of the South.
