The grapes of Tenuta Carretta’s Barolo Cascina Ferrero are harvested by hand. The wine undergoes aging for a minimum of 36 months, including at least 24 months in wooden barrels and 9 months in bottle.

The wine has an intense garnet red color.

The nose reveals notes of rose, brushwood, licorice, cocoa and spices. This Barolo is warm and full-bodied, crafted according to tradition. The soft, elegant tannins give it personality, character and a long finish.
