After harvest, the wine matures for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, preserving its pure and expressive character.
In the glass, the Gavi shows a straw yellow color with subtle green reflections.
The nose is seduced with fresh floral notes, complemented by hints of white peach and juicy pear.
