On Dec. 1, we are partnering with restaurant Troef to host a special evening dedicated to Joaquin for wine professionals – one of our most intriguing and prestigious wineries from Italy.
Based in the Campania region, Joaquin makes wines that range from elegant expressions from the island of Capri to powerful Aglianico sourced from some of Italy’s oldest vineyards – with vines that are nearly 200 years old.
During this evening you will taste five wines, each carefully paired with a dish from Troef that enhances and balances their character.
The evening is given an extra special dimension by the presence of Lorenzo Pagano – nephew of owner Raffaele Pagano and the future generation of the estate. Lorenzo currently works in the winery and will personally represent Joaquin.
Price: €150 per person – includes dinner, wines and water.
Start: walk-in from 18:30, dinner starts at 19:00.
