Langhe Rosato Cereja

The Langhe Rosato Cereja gets its name from the Piedmontese dialect. “Cereja” is a greeting that is both evocative and promising, meaning a warm welcome.

The Langhe Rosato Cereja is made from hand-picked Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes. The wine is vinified as rosé, with several hours of maceration on the skins. The wine is then aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks.

The “Cereja” has the beautiful pale and salmon pink color of rosé from Provence.

Intense vegetal notes with fresh citrus and light herbs characterize the nose.

On the palate, the wine is fresh, mineral and enjoyable. The structure of the Nebbiolo grape makes it possible to drink this wine all year round.
