Roberto Cristoforetti, the inspired founder of Azienda Agricola Urlari & Michel Christò, is everything in one: a passionate farmer, a refined artisan and a true innovator. His deep love of wine brought him to the heart of Tuscany, where he founded Azienda Agricola Urlari. There, together with top winemaker Jean-Philippe Fort – well known from Bordeaux – he makes elegant and powerful Supertuscans. Champagne also captured his heart. Inspired by this love of sparkling wine, he started a second project in northern Italy, in Trentino. There he creates a refined sparkling wine under the prestigious label Trentodoc with the same dedication and expertise.
