Nizza Bricco Manera Magnum

 45,95

This Nizza Bricco Manera from Tenuta Carretta comes from vineyards in Mombaruzzo, located on the right bank of the Belbo River (150 meters above sea level). The vineyards cover 5 hectares and benefit from the afternoon sun. After harvesting, the grapes are carefully brought to the winery where they undergo temperature-controlled fermentation (10-12 days at 28°C). The wine then matures for another 12 months in French oak barrels and another 12 months in bottle.

This Nizza has a dark ruby color with typical purple reflections.

Fine and spacious, with notes of spice and ripe fruit, vanilla, coffee beans and cocoa.

Nizza represents an important expression of the Barbera grape, an emblematic variety of Piedmontese viticulture. The result is a mature, full-bodied and complex Barbera.

Serving temperature: 16-18° C
