Pinot Noir Riserva

 51,95

With careful manual selection in the vineyard, the story of Schloss Englar’s Pinot Noir Riserva begins. After spontaneous fermentation in open oak barrels for three weeks, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and matures on fine lees for 18 months in Tonneaux. After another 12 months of aging in bottle, the wine will be bottled in August 2020.

The Pinot Noir Riserva reveals itself with a bright ruby color, announcing its full fruity and earthy aromas. Upon tasting, a fine and sensual red wine reveals itself, characterized by pleasant fullness and silky elegance. The balanced fruit and body with fine tannins make for a harmonious experience. With a very good aging potential, this wine promises to only increase in richness with time.

Serving temperature: 16-18° C
