The Altitude Box celebrates the terroir of altitude. This selection comes from mountainous regions such as Alto Adige, Etna and Trentino, where altitude provides cooling, longer aging and pronounced aromatic precision. Freshness and finesse prevail here – from effervescent to red.

• Trentodoc Brut – Michel Christo (Trentino)
  Elegant sparkling wine from the Dolomites. Rancid mousse, notes of brioche, citrus and white fruit.

• Sauvignon Blanc “Private Reserve” 2014 – Falkenstein (Alto Adige)
  Sauvignon with mountain character: flint, salinity, lime leaf – with fine aging.

• Etna Bianco “Imbris” 2020 – I Custodi (Sicily)
  Perched Carricante from volcanic soils. Slightly smoky, with salty tension and citrus.

• Riesling “Anaduron” 2019 – Falkenstein (Alto Adige)
  Pure alpine Riesling: tightly dry, with apricot, slate and citrus zest.

• Etna Rosso “Pistus” 2022 – I Custodi (Sicily)
  Nerello Mascalese from lava slopes at 800 meters altitude. Power and finesse with red berries and pepper.

• Pinot Noir 2022 – Schloss Englar (Alto Adige)
  Mountain Pinot with elegance and tension – cherries, floral notes and silky tannins.
