Via della Luna

The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates, with rigorous selection of the best bunches in the vineyard. The wine is made using an artisanal method, where the entire bunches are gently pressed with a traditional hydraulic press. In the process, only the free-run juice is used to maintain maximum purity and finesse.

After cold settling, the must ferments in French oak barriques. The wine then matures for 10 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage to develop additional structure and complexity.

Via della Luna is intended to be a white wine with keeping potential, reflecting the character of Trebbiano and the unique terroir of the region.

Falisca

Falisca is the family wine estate of our good friend Andrea Pizzolato, who has played an indispensable role within Devinita since our very first trip to Italy. The estate is located in the medieval town of Certaldo in central Tuscany. For more than 70 years, the Pizzolato family has diligently tended its vineyards here. Today, the new generation continues this tradition, producing wines that reflect the character, history and beauty of their Tuscan home.
